It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Probably because you don't like the product or the product doesn't work for some reason.

At AngelEye Vespa you have the right to cancel your product(s) up to 14 days after receipt. Did you cancel an order? Then you still have 7 days to send your product back to us. You get then the full order amount excluding shipping costs refunded on your account. The costs for returning your home to AngelEye Vespa are for your own account. 

If you return something, the product with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging will be returned to us. The same applies to items that are returned due to defects. Before we can replace your article we must first have returned your old article. If you still have questions about this, please contact us via info@angeleyevespa.com. We will then refund the order amount within 7 days, provided that the product is returned in good order.

I sent my product a few days ago. But I haven't received my money yet. When can I expect this?

- Your refund will be arranged by our payment platform 'Mollie'. Depending on your payment method, one payment method may take longer than the other. Ideal refunds are processed faster than paypal and credit card refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process for you. In general, everyone has his/her money back within 5 working days.
